The Impact of Gut Health

 

The state of our gut microbiome is so important to our overall health and impacts all of our body’s systems.

Some examples of common gut related illnesses are:

Dysbiosis, leaky gut, IBD / IBS, Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis, SIBO, GERD, H. Pylori, GERD, Celiac and gluten sensitivities

However, some gut dysfunctions manifest in the body in some unexpected - and seemingly unrelated - ways such as brain fog, fatigue, acne, anxiety and depression, thyroid, fertility issues, and hormonal imbalances. 

It’s important to do proper testing and treat the root cause in order to restore balance. This is what I do in my “4R” approach to healing the gut.
